I don't know my login password

I don't remember my password. How do I retrieve it?

 
 
2) At the login screen there should be a link below the login section that says 'Forgot Password?' Click this link.
 
3) This will take you to a separate screen where you will enter your email address you have setup in My Eastridge.
 
4) Enter your email address and press Submit. You will see a message in a red block that states your request was submitted. This should send you your password to that email address. 
 
5) Give it 5-10 minutes to process then check your email inbox. You may have to click the Send/Receive button in OutLook (or the equivalent button for whatever email client you use) to have the message placed in your inbox. The email subject will be Forgotten Login / Password Request. This email message should contain your password.
 
6) Use this password with your email address at the the login screen and it should let you in. 
 
7) Once in, be sure you go to your profile and change the password to something you want and can remember.
