How to Volunteer to Serve on My Eastridge
Getting online with My Eastridge
1. Point your internet web browser to the following URL:
2. You will be taken to the My Eastridge login page. (Bookmark this page for future use).
3. If this is your first visit you will need to “Sign Up.” You will be asked to supply your
name, email address and phone number, then click Submit.
4. In a few moments you will receive an email from My Eastridge with a username and password.
The username will be your email address and your password will be an autogenerated
mixture of numbers and letters (I suggest you cut and paste it).
5. Click on the [Get Started] tab and you will be taken back to the login page. Enter your
information and login to the system.
6. Once inside the program, click the blue My Profile tab. Two gray tabs should appear
above your photo placeholder.
7. Click on Change Settings and then Login / Password where you can change your
username and password to something more personal and easy to remember. Don’t
forget to Save your changes.
8. Once inside the system, the first thing you should do is check your “Profile.” Make
sure all your information is correct, especially your email; and make any needed
changes by clicking on Edit Profile
9. You may want to upload a photo of yourself, and don’t forget to upload a photo of
your family on the family profile. Don’t forget to Save your changes!
Volunteer to Serve on My Eastridge
1. From your Home page, click the blue My Profile tab. Two gray tabs should appear
above your photo placeholder.
2. Click on Edit Profile then click on the blue Serving tab.
3. Three choice boxes will appear, you will be using the Abilities choice box.
4. If you are using a Windows computer, you should hold down the Ctrl key as you
highlight the areas where you are willing to serve.
5. If you are using a Mac computer, hold down the Cmd key.
6. Click as many areas of service as you like.
7. Don’t forget to Save your changes!
8. It would be very helpful if you then click the blue Social tab and go to the choice box
Services You Usually Attend
9. Using the key combinations above, highlight the service times you usually attend.
This will allow us to search for volunteers for each of the different services.
10. Don’t forget to Save your changes!
